    Selection process - this is how we get to know each other

    Our HR team and the responsible colleagues in the specialist department look at your application. If your specialist knowledge and skills convince us, we will invite you to a personal interview. You have the opportunity to get a first impression of the R&S team and the world of work here.

    Do we have a positive impression of each other when we first meet you? Perfect! Then there will usually be a conversation with your future team leader. If we then decide for you, we will share the good news with you as soon as possible. If you too have decided in favor of us and would like to become part of the R&S team, we will discuss the final details together.

    What if we do choose another applicant? Then you will get our feedback within a week. We also ask you to let us know if you don't see your future with Ramsauer & Stürmer.
