From production planning to purchase and invoicing- the Upper Austrian switchgear producer manages his business processes with rs2 of Ramsauer & Stürmer.
Now people in charge are constantly informed about utilisation rate, production stage, stock and corporate finance.
The intensive cooperation to meet individual customer requirements boosted production planning.
“During the software presentation, I got aware of the fact that rs2 would help us to take a giant leap forwards, because we knew, we could gain a holistic overview from warehouse to accounting,” explains Karl Köpf, managing director of Baumgartner Automation, who was immediately persuaded of rs2.
In addition, the switchgear producer’s previous software lacked expandability; especially during the expansion phase in connection with the construction of the new hall.
Two other rival products could not keep pace with Ramsauer & Stürmer in terms of quality. Today we can say that rs2 has met all Karl Köpf’s expectations, “We benefit from an excellent price-performance ratio and now we know that during a release change, adaptations are promptly executed and updated. “
